Registration

• Guest’s  presents photo IDs
•  Guest registers and sign the registration form

Guest makes full payment for the numbers  of nights booked.

• Payment options: cash, mobile money or credit/debit card.
• Rates include bed and breakfast.
• Room keys should always be keptat the reception when leaving the premises
• Check-out time is 12:00pm (midday).
• A booking is confirmed only after payment

Check-out

1. Guest must be reminded the evening before their check-out date of their check-out and check-out time. If they would like to stay longer, repeat the check-in procedure above with the exception of the ID refill a new registration form? If a guest hasn’t left by 12:00pm on their check-out date, knock on their door and remind them that it’s check-out time.
2. Remember to collect the key before they leave.
